We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number in your return shipment.

Shipping Your Return

For your protection, all returns must be shipped using an insured carrier with tracking & signature confirmation.

Refund Processing

Refunds are completed within 10 business days of receiving your package.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your order included Free Shipping, the original carrier cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Once approved, refunds are released within 5 business days.
